Pricing
We keep our pricing simple and transparent. All costs are shown clearly before you place your order, so there are no surprises.
Service Fee
A service fee is charged to cover buying, handling, and order processing. This fee depends on your order value:
- R15 for orders below R300
- R30 for orders above R300 and below R800
- R50 for orders above R800 up to R3000
The service fee is applied once per order and will always be visible at checkout.
Delivery Fee
We charge a fixed delivery fee of R65 for deliveries within Ga-Sekororo, covering areas from Lorraine to The Oaks.
Delivery outside this area is reported as unavailable unless stated otherwise.
Product Prices
Product prices are set by the shops we buy from. Prices may sometimes change due to shop pricing updates or availability. If there is any major price difference, customers will be informed before delivery.
Receipts
Customers receive a receipt for their order. This includes:
- Items purchased
- Product prices
- Service fee
- Delivery fee
- Total amount paid
If you need a receipt after delivery, you can request one through our support channels.
Change and Cash Handling
For cash payments:

Please try to prepare the exact amount where possible.

If change is available, our delivery driver will provide change and a receipts upon delivery.

If the driver is unable to provide exact change, any remaining balance will be transferred back to the customer after the delivered order is confirmed.

Any concerns regarding cash or change must be raised at idlebox platforms.
Order Limits
The maximum order value we currently handle is R3000. Orders above this amount may be declined or require special arrangement.
Important Notes
- Service and delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed
- Shops are responsible for product quality and availability
- Customers with allergies or special dietary needs must contact the shop directly before ordering
